New width of change markers in right gutter

I've experimented a bit there. The long change areas look fine but if I
change a single line in a long file it becames impossible to see.

But I guess, this is a problem of the height, not the width, isn't it?

Yeah, but two pixel high but wide enough line is much more noticeable
than 2x2 dot.

IMHO it is more important to better see the other information like
Ctrl-Shift-F7 markers.

BTW, one even notices a 2x2 dot - even a misplaced dustparticle is
visible on a good monitor (e.g. LCD).
