Velocity support

Please please please please please please please add support for Velocity. I'm pretty sure it will not be so hard to take the html parser/syntax highlighter and add velocity support.

Velocity is widely used in web applications and it is a paint in the ass to have only the plain highlighter.

Interestingly IntelliJ does highlight velocity templates when editing Code/File templates in the Settings. So it already knows how to highlight velocity templates. I am sure it wouldn't be that difficult for JetBrains to apply that highlighting to files with the ".vm" extension.

I would imagine the best way to go about requesting this feature is to open a feature request.

Hello Michael,
