CoffeeScript DocBlock Comments

I can't see to find a way to generate CoffeeScript doc blocks like PhpStorm does. I'd like to be able to do the equivalent of /** enter and have it output the block. On the other hand, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
