Memory error on exit

I'm using, IntellJ latest 6.0.4 build 6148 30-day trial demo. But there's this one issue (annoying, but doesn't affect result) where it pops a "memory could not be read" error message whenever I exited IntelliJ like the following:

More details:
SDK: Java SE 1.6.0 (mustang)
Win XP SP2

I believe this error could be an isolated case. But in any case, any advice/workaround?

maybe check if your memory is still correct / doesn't have a glitch somewhere.

don't think my memory has problems because it's the only application that causes this type of exit error so far (my other applications works fine).
