6.0.1: How do I remove jars from the Modules and Libraries to Package list?

Remove them from classpath in Dependencies tab

I have... that's the problem.

I think this issue steams from I deleted the actual jar files in Windows Explorer, then opened the project in IntelliJ.

So, this is self inflected... as usual.

Thoughts?

The library / jar should remain turned red
