695 is the same as 694 in terms of functionality/features/bugs. No need to upgrade to 695 if you already have 694 unless you need documentation updates.

Ok, I'm stupid. On the download page, it plainly states that it is build 695. Sorry about that all.
(although I'm not sure why it hasn't shown up on the announcements board yet)
