PHPStorm 8.0 unable to add dependency error 30

Permanently deleted user

Each time I add a dependency to composer I keep getting an error 30 permission denied. I am using a mac / mavericks and I have pointed the directory to my php install.
Any ideas on what i am doing wrong ?

Please reproduce the issue and provide the idea.log (Help | Show log).
