If I have the intro screen open (and I believe web storm doesn't need to be opened at all but could be wrong), create a directory manually (say on my desktop for example) and then select Open Directory from the web storm intro screen the new folder is not in the list of folders unless I click the refresh button in the dialog.
what do you mean by refreshing a dialog?
