I can't install idea4.5.4 in windows2003 std + sp1

Maybee you could be of some assistance by mentioning something about what the error is? How about that?

Try to use .zip package instead of installer, you can download it here:

I had exactly the same problem. The zip file solved it. No problems running
the app.
