use IDEA built-in diff from other programs?

I really like IDEA's diff tool -- is there any way to invoke it from
other programs? (like perforce)

This was allready asked on this forum, but the anwer was NO if I reacall
right.
In the meanwhile, you can check this:

It's very nice.
