Bower & Grunt Console in PHPStorm?

I recently upgraded to PHPStorm from WebStorm so I could work with PHP source code also.

I mostly do front end and javascript so WebStorm is amazing for me minus lacking PHP..

I was under the impression that PhpStorm would have all of the functionality of WebStorm + PHP support but I can't locate Bower or Grunt console and there is no plugin for it in the application.

Hoping someone can shine some light on this and help me get all of my WebStorm features running on PhpStorm
