About library order question

In my project, I define the Global library, But i found the lib's
position in the Global library can't reorder, Is there a way that I
can do this?

I do not see any need to reorder global libraries in the Library Table.
You can only reorder the dependencies of a particular module, which is
easily done on its 'Order' tab.

If the order position matters in the library one is intended to define
two libraries instead.
