How do you use a component subclass in the GUI builder

Hello giovanni,

I am new to IntelliJ and may miss something... This topic was posted
previously but there was no solotions posted. Did anybody figured out
how to add for example a JTextPane to the Palette Toolbar of the GUI
designer? Followed the instructions of the help file but nothings seem
to happen...
