Missing Commit Comment Area

Somehow I managed to hide/remove the SVN comments textarea. You know, the area where you add your commit comments when comitting back to SVN? See screenshot attached.

I'm also missing the "impacted files" view.

Can anyone tell me how to recover my SVN view?
