I've used Notepad++ with Deep Black Theme for 5-6 years now. How can I get this theme into PHPStorm in the easiest way possible?

Just go Settings | Editor | Colors & Fonts | PHP (or whatever other language is required) and you can assign colors manually to any available style -- just open the theme that is close to what you want, make a copy of it (if desired) and start modifying.
