Code Completion Nonexistent in phpstorm 5

I am currently running on OS X v10.8.2 and when I upgraded to phpstorm version 5.0.4 my code completion stopped working for CSS, JavaScript and DOMs. I searched for the config on here so I can delete it and factory reset it as reinstalling does not work. Can anyone please help?
