xml and schema
it is strange that jebrain support xml without work by following schema ( w3c, xml 1.0, relax ...) definition. So Does jetbrain help us write valide xml file ?

i know the link but It is not clear if all this functionnalities is support by IDEAJ jetbrain software or by phpstorm or pycharm.
since xml dtd support cost more that 400$ when have a look to competitor i think write xml document refer to external file ( dtd, w3C, or any else xml specification file ) is notsupport by phpstorm. So if i buy jetbrain IDEAJ instead phpstorm Does all functionnalities in phpstorm ll be available in IDEAJ ?

XML support is an IntelliJ platform feature, so WebStorm, PHPStorm and others have the same XML support as IDEA. Just download a trial version and check if it satisfy your needs.
