HTML elements bar in the Editor (below tabs)

Hello all!

When editing php file (even without HTML tags) there is a gray bar between tabs and code: an empty one and when editing a regular HTML (herein contains "html body script" sequence).
I don't need this bar at all, can I remove it? I could not find its name anywhere...
