Changing Pane Options

Is there any way that I can move the 'Structure' pane that shows the code outline to the right side?

Try right-clicking "7:Structure" tab title

Also, is there a way to set up the project navigation window to open files on a single click rather than a double click?

Nope

Seems that on latest webstorm ide version you open files with single click (which I H A T E) how can I disable this feature? really single click is annoying, each time I need to select multiple files either for drag and drop or for delete they are all  open and once I remove them the next selected file automatically open itself which is the most anoying thing I ever saw and I can't find a way to switch it off!

Seems that "Autoscroll to Source" was responsible for that, now that I disabled it it's ok! :)

Most likely (I'm positive on this) you have "Scroll to source" option enabled.

In Project View panel, click on cogwheel-looking icon (2nd from end) and disable appropriate option from submenu.
