1. Haw I can insert into the "live template" current ticket name (TASK name) (JIRA) ?
2. Where to edit templates phpdocs, which are inserted through the / * + enter?

Hi Renat,

  1. AFAIK it is not possible (no such "variable" available). You can file a Feature Request here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA
  2. There is no such "template" available and therefore it is not editable. AFAIK it is generated purelly at run time.
