Key Map, how to disable line selection cmd+C

I've not been able to find anything on here or google as to how to stop webstorm from selecting the whole line, when nothing is selected, when i press cmd+C i.e copy text.

This is driving me nuts. One persons "feature" is a nother person hell.

Or should i post this in feature requests?
