Out of memory! (thats why)
Ok i too have a window popping up telling me "Out of memory"
In my case i have a folder with tons of big images (approximately 2000 - 18 Megapixel). And Phpstorm somehow trys to index that folder...out of memory
So exclude that kind of folders.

I get the same error too
So your not alone thats twice this week while I commit to our Mercurial repository
Hopefully the fix is coming soon :)
