No FILE find function?

Not in documentation, and as a matter of fact, when i just type directly, it will find the php version of the file, but not the css version....which Everything finds for me, and then I locate by hand on PHPStorm... (Stupid, I know.... but)

So, simple question: how does one find a file in PHPStorm?????

Please put this in the documentation....
