template for creating new tasks

Is it possible to create my own task-template?

If I create a new task in phpstorm which already exists in my redmine-project I have the chance to choose this task.
But all the time I choose a task defined in redmine the title of the change-list is created like this:

projectname-id: ticketname

In our project-workflow I want to change this Taskname to the following by default (so I can use it as-it-is in the commit-message):

ticketname [refs #id]

Is it possible to add some thing like templates - that I don't have to change this value every time I create a new taks?
If you did not actualy know what I mean - I've added a small screenshot of the window I'm talking about.
