JDOMParseExceptiom on PHPStorm startup

Hello there fellow coders,

when I start my PHPStorm (no matter which version), I get the following error:

JDOMParseException: Cannot read scheme Snippets.me.xml: Error on line 1: Content is not allowed in prolog.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Seems the file Snippets.me.xml is somehow corrupted. Not sure what it is - most likely it's your custom live templates storage. See files in <PHPStorm configuration directory>/templates folder
