Invalid VCS root mapping after cloning community.git

I cloned git://git.jetbrains.org/idea/community.git

Trying to open the project I got this error

Invalid VCS root mappings
        The following directories are registered as VCS roots, but they are not:
        C:\Users\User\IdeaProjects\community\android
        C:\Users\User\IdeaProjects\community\android\tools-base

And these directories don't exist indeed. What's my mistake?
