How to disable gem inspection?

Hi,

 

I disabled the gem inspection in Editor > Inspections > Gems, but the IDE is still looking for them, when I run RubyMine, and it's showing the annoying baloon 'Install missing gems' etc.

 

Anyone knows what I am missing?
