Floating Console window repositions itself on top of PyCharm on start/debug

I have my MBPR as my primary, with two external monitors attached - PyCharm on the RHS and a separate floating Console debug window on the LHS.

However, every time I debug, it plants itself back on top of PyCharm on the RHS and I have to manually drag it back to the LHS where I would like it to stay. Sigh.
