NSLocalizedString code folding is hit and miss in same .M file

Sometimes NSLocalizedString gets code folded i.e. is just shows the string in light grey (dracula theme) and sometimes is shows the full NSLocalizedString macro text. I can see it working and not working in the same file just a few lines apart. This happens even when opening the file fresh.
