Build-Numbers mismatch
Hi,
just had a look atPyCharm 107.187 Release Notes
well, I assume when downloading this( PyCharm 1.5 Release Candidate) I will get the 107.187 build. Further reading inside the release notes makes me a bit wondering about the build-numbers.
For example:
The Release note say that PY-1283 is fixed in this build 107.187 but if I check PY-1283 the bug-tracker says fixed in Build 108.344 !
could someone give me a hint ? is PY-1283 fixed in the Realese Candidate or not ??? or what about the difference of the build-numbers ?
thx in advance

Hello Peter B.,
The "Fixed in build" field in YouTrack issues is filled automatically by
a script which doesn't handle multiple branches correctly. The Release Notes
are correct: if a request is listed as fixed there, it's actually fixed.

Hi Peter,
branch number 108 is our development branch, while release branch has number 107.
PyCharm 1.5 Release Canditate build has number 107.187 and it surely has all fixes listed in Release notes.
'Fixed in build' field states for the first internal build where the fix appeared.

@all
thx for fast reply and explanation. I just "used" the wrong Column in "You Track" to get a deeper Detail of fixed Items in the new Release build.
Next Time I`ll query with: Fix versions: {PyCharm 1.5} or older Versions ...
thx again ... thread could be marked as answered (if possible)
