Version Control History view can not display Chinese correctly

There are a number of fixes related to encoding handling with Mercucial in

PyCharm 2.0 EAP:

Please give it a try and see if it works correctly for you.

The commit message under Mercurial -> 'Show History' can not display

chinese correctly. The local history -> 'Show history' have no problem

with that.

Is there something wrong with my settitng?

I have test it on Mac and Windows. The Mac version show the chinese correctly, but not on the Windows XP as attached file.
