No available plugins
I started my IntelliJ on windows as normal and tried to install a plugin, but I couldn't find it, I couldn't find any plugins.
When I go to 'Browse repositories...' I get 'Nothing to show'. Refreshing doesn't help.
Tried to restart it and to stop the antivirus but nothing helps. Got any ideas?

The problem was from my idea.properties file. I had set custom paths to some variables and I had surrounded them with quotes. Removing the quotes fixed the problem.
