Pycharm-debugger as a pip package?

Is there any plans to release pycharm-debug.egg as a python module that can be installed from pip? I've discovered in that trying to get my environments setup automatically using Chef/Vagrant that Chef apparently has issues/can't install .egg files.

Hi Cong, we've considered to make pycharm-debug.egg available at PyPI but have no concrete plans to do it. Please submit an issue to our tracker and that will make this happen sooner http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY
