vector<vector<float> > v as function argument

I'm trying to work with c++11. I'm able to compile my codes, but the inspector doesn't recognize a line like this one:

My CMakeLists.txt looks like this

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.2)
project(test)

set(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS "${CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS} -std=c++11")

set(SOURCE_FILES main.cpp)
add_executable(test ${SOURCE_FILES})

Can anyone help me?
