Unable to launch Rubymine on windows 7

Hi,
I have been using Ruby mine for the past few months. But lately, I'm unable to launch RubyMine on Windows 7 (64-bit).
I uninstalled and re-installed RubyMine, but no luck.
Any help will be appreciated.

What do you mean by "unable"? What happens when you try to run it?

Hi,
I have the same problem: after installing rubymine 4.5.4, when I launch application, the process stops arround 90% and freezes.

Edit
Actually it stays for 10 or 15 minutes at 90%, then finally the app starts.
I tried 4.5.4 and previous release. Same strange behaviour.
