3.1 auto-closing of ERb tag pair (<% %>)

I'm sure this has been asked (unless it's just me) - not having luck finding a post on it.

In RubyMine 3.01 and below, by default, typing a '<%' or '<%=' and a space, the tag pair would auto-complete (with '%>').   For some reason in RubyMine 3.1 that isn't happening for me (ERb tag pair isn't auto closing after the opening tag and a space are typed).   I haven't found a setting for this and I did import my RubyMine 3.01 settings.
