Model Dependency Diagram greyed out?

Hello David,

Why is this choice greyed out? I have a full Rails App with multiple models and defined dependencies. Anyone know under what conditions the menu becomes available?

Please ensure you have rails gems (particulary activesupport gem) attached to your project. See File | Setup | Ruby SDK and Gems | Attach Gems.
