does Intellij IDEA 8.1.3 + Google App Engine Integration 1.1.0.6 (both are the non-EAP latest release) support enhancing JPA class automatically during deployment?

if not, is there any workaround, and should i to fire an issue?

Currently only JDO is supported. Please file a Jira issue.
