Code Navigator: Failed to open connection?
I get the error
Failed to download: Plugin Code Navigator was not installed: Failed to open
connection.
However, I was able to successfully download and install three other
plugins, so what's different about this one?

You can download the plugin from the plugin repository page (http://plugins.intellij.net/plugin/?id=3202) until I find a solutiuon for this problem. Sorry for Your inconvenience.
