[ANN] IntelliJad 1.3 released

Hi,

IntelliJad 1.3 just got released. Just one improvement in this - if you don't use a project-specific IntelliJad setup, it won't be persisted in the workspace file. This doesn't affect the application-level configuration in any way.

Comments, criticisms, etc, as usual as welcome.

it seems intellijad may be hanging IDEA on some occasions,
