Can anyone point me to plugin development documentation using
Velocity?

Sorry, I don't understand what you need. Do you want to develop a plugin
for Velocity support? Or do you want to use Velocity for developing plugins?
Or do you want documentation that was created using Velocity? :)

Hi, Plan to develop plugin using Velocity templates. For example, I believe the junit plugin uses a velocity template to generate code. Just need the documentation that would help me with that.

I don't believe there are any documents regarding using Velocity specifically
for IDEA plugins (and as far as I know, there's nothing special about such
usage).
