IntelliLang exception

I added a XML node then removed it and clicked some buttons. Now I cannot open the IntelliLang configuration dialog anymore and IDEA shows me this exception (in Selena #6700)

Thanks, this is fixed. Though due to some API changes the settings dialog will
not remember its state with the current version.
