highlight for doxygen CLion 2016.2 EAP

Sorry for the delay. Could you please specify if the problem still occurs?

yes, it's still there,

probably I'm doing something wrong? 

1. Settings | Editor | File Types

2. Select "Doxygen Language"

3. Adding to patterns just simple "Doxyfile", that's it, no wildcards, just file name

4. Open Doxyfile from my project  - looks like a plain text, no colouring , usual text for a settings as well as for a comments

Hi Ernst.
At the moment CLion supports only doxygen-like comments in your code. Please check the follow post.
And right now CLion doesn't support highlighting (and other code-inside features) for Doxygen config files.
I have created appropriate issue, feel free to vote for that in our tracker.
