how to download the stuts plugin

Go to File | Settings | Plugins in IntelliJ IDEA and select the plugin you
would like to install.

thanks for giving the guide line.

But now i have to make struts as the plugin.
so tell me first URL to download the struts.
and second one how i merge into the intellij

please guide me in this case it's really urgent

For the latest production release, you can use this one:
http://www.apache.org/dist/struts/binaries/struts-1.2.8-bin.zip
Unzip it and use the path to struts-1.2.8-bin directory as "distributive location".
