CVS client opens new connection for each file?

The CVS plugin is part of IDEA. Please submit your bug/feature request
to the tracker: http://www.intellij.net/tracker/. Also there is a
newsgroup for discussions about the CVS integration
(jetbrains.intellij.eap.cvs).
