[ANN] PropertiesEditor Plugin 1.0.6a

Hi Dmitry,

It seems the properties editor plugin affects the Ctrl+Enter functionality in other places (the SQL plugin being one of them). I'm not sure whose problem it is, but could you have a look and see if there's something you could do? Apparently, uninstalling the properties editor plugin solves the problems in the SQL pugin (http://www.intellij.net/forums/thread.jsp?forum=18&thread=82218&tstart=0&trange=30).

Hi,
Looks like actions wrapping not very good practice in my case or errors in my implementation, but how in another way achieve same functionality like in other editors I don't know. I'll investigate this problem.

Suggestion: Since every property file entry is in a line, removing a
duplicate can remove the whole line, not just the entry, so that there won't
be an empty line after the intention is performed.
