ChangeProvider.getChanges being called twice on project load

Is there any special reason for this ? The dirty scope seems similar
in both calls

Did you switch to another window and back while the project was loading?

The entire project is marked dirty on initialization, and can possibly get
marked dirty again when VFS change notifications are received.
