[ANN] PsiViewer 2.19, recompiled for 944

I hacked around a working version of PsiViewer for 944.
It will only work with build 944.

Old problem, but still there : when switching to a form editor, you get :

java.lang.NullPointerException
at
idea.plugin.psiviewer.view.PsiViewerPanel.selectElementAtCaret(PsiViewerPanel.java:305)
at
idea.plugin.psiviewer.controller.project.EditorListener.selectionChanged(EditorListener.java:122)
at com.intellij.openapi.fileEditor.a.e.a(e.java:21)
at com.intellij.openapi.fileEditor.a.e.b(e.java:140)

Fixed in 2.20 (good for 944, 957).
