I need a xslt debugger
Hi,
I have been googleing the hole afternoon without any luck trying to find a
xslt debugger (profiler) capable of running on Linux.
So i will ask the Intellij community if anybody could point me in the right
direction. (It would be nice if it was a Intellij plugin)

This isn't really the right place to be asking that sort of question, but
you could try Komodo (http://www.activestate.com/). Never used it myself, so
I don't know if it's any good. Otherwise you could take a look in the XSLT
software section on XML.com (http://www.xml.com/pub/rg/XSLT_Software).
I don't know of any IDEA plugins for XSLT.
Hope that helps,
Vil.

XML Spy (www.xmlspy.com).
Evaluation version is available.

Hi,
It is out of desperation I am contacting this newsgroup. My quest for an
xslt debugger has not been fruitful. So I thought that some of the fine
programmers using Idea could help me. ;)
Thank you for all of your suggestions but all of the mentioned product
xmlspy,komodo,..... are Microsoft Windows programs. I am looking for a
Linux (Java) program. Is there anybody out there who can help ?
Thank you in advance.

Komodo does work under Linux:
http://activestate.com/Products/Komodo/system_requirements.plex
I quickly tested version 2.3 a few weeks ago and the
debugger was quite nice. I did not use it for a complex
project like DocBook stylesheets.
