PerforceDirectPlugin and moving packages/multiple files

No, Erik, you're not doing anything wrong.
The "mass move"/"directory rename" is not supported, yet.
I hope to get some more time this or early next week and add it there.
Maybe (if I have really enough time) you would also see the first
off-line support in that build.
